- Scope of Telemedicine & Regional Access
Zynox Rx provides access to telemedicine consultations. These services are only available to individuals located in jurisdictions where our healthcare providers are licensed to practice. Accessing our site from a location where these services are illegal is strictly prohibited.
- Financial Commitments & Billing
By initiating a service, you agree to pay all applicable fees, including consultation costs and product expenses. We use secure third-party processors; by providing your card details, you authorize us to charge the designated amount for your selected services.
- Ownership of Content & Assets
All intellectual property on this site—including logos, text, software, and the “Zynox Rx” brand—is the exclusive property of Vertex Consultation Group LLC. Users are granted a limited license to view the site but may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.
- User Eligibility & Maturity Requirements
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Zynox Rx. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
- Our Liability Boundaries
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zynox Rx and Vertex Consultation Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
- Subscription Models & Renewals
If you enroll in a recurring treatment plan, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard, provided the cancellation occurs before the next billing date.
- Standards of Platform Conduct
Users agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. Prohibited behaviors include submitting false medical information, attempting to breach our security, or using the platform to harass our staff or medical providers.
- Account Security & Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify Vertex Consultation Group LLC immediately.
- Your Rights as a Consumer
We acknowledge your statutory rights under state and federal consumer protection laws. Nothing in these terms is intended to override your non-waivable legal protections as a resident of your specific state.
- Legal Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vertex Consultation Group LLC and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or legal fees resulting from your violation of these terms or your misuse of the Zynox Rx products.
- Refund & Cancellation Policies
Due to the medical nature of our services, refunds for completed consultations or dispensed prescriptions are generally not provided. However, if a medical provider determines you are not a fit for treatment before a prescription is issued, a partial or full refund may be processed at our discretion.
- Transactional Terms for Services
All “Sales of Services” are final once the medical evaluation process has begun. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual if our providers believe the requested treatment is clinically inappropriate.
- Mobile Messaging (SMS) Privacy
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive administrative and healthcare-related SMS alerts. We do not sell your mobile data to third parties. You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP.”
- Legal Jurisdiction & Governing Rules
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any legal disputes arising from these terms shall be settled in the courts located within Colorado.
- Contractual Integrity & Severability
If any part of this agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court, the remaining sections of the Terms and Conditions will remain in full force and effect.
- Updates to the Agreement
We may modify these terms as our business grows. We will post the revised version on this page. Your continued use of Zynox Rx after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
