Consultation Fee

The $45 consultation fee covers your telehealth appointment with a licensed provider. This fee is non-refundable once your consultation has been completed.

Pre-Appointment Cancellations

If you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours before the scheduled time, you are eligible for a full refund of the consultation fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.

Medications

Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products and patient safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns on medications once they have been dispensed and shipped. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@zynoxrx.com and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
